Ingredients

Garlic cloves (as many as you want).

Olive oil (enough to cover your garlic cloves).

- Peel the garlic cloves
Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 °F / 190 °C.

Fill up a small baking dish with your peeled garlic.

Fill the baking dish with olive oil until it covers the garlic cloves.

Cover it with a sheet of tin foil and bring it into the oven for 45 minutes.
Let it cook until the garlic is fork tender.
- Let it cool completely before separating the garlic from the olive oil.
Save the garlic olive oil for any type of dressing.
