A creamy, delightful Brazilian dish with a rich flavour.
Ingredients
- 2 cups rice
- 250g sour cream
- ½ minced onion
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup hearts palm
- 1 tablespoon parsley thinly chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- ½ cup white wine
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
Directions
- In a large pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion until it gets slightly translucent.
- Add the rice, and mix it with the onions, adding the white wine afterwards.
- Add 2 cups of chicken broth and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the remaining chicken broth and steer it well. Let it evaporate thoroughly.
- Add the hearts of palm, sour cream, parmesan, and mozzarella off the heat.
- Stir until the cheese is melted, then add the parsley.
