Ingredients
- 100g coconut flakes
- 500g tapioca flour or dry tapioca
- 3 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 litre milk

Bring the milk to a boil. Then, let it cool.

Mix all the ingredients - except the condensed milk - into a bowl until the mixture is sticky and firm.

Bring the mixture to a glass tray, spreading it evenly, and covering it with the condensed milk.
