Mama roo's tapioca candy
A simple Brazilian dessert that will please your sweet tooth needs.

Ingredients

  • 100g coconut flakes
  • 500g tapioca flour or dry tapioca
  • 3 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 litre milk

Directions

  1. Bring the milk to a boil. Then, let it cool.

  2. Mix all the ingredients - except the condensed milk - into a bowl until the mixture is sticky and firm.

  3. Bring the mixture to a glass tray, spreading it evenly, and covering it with the condensed milk.

  4. Let it cool in the refrigerator
